Assessment Stage

The assessor must choose an assessment stage.

• Design Stage: The design stage assessment and subsequent interim BREEAM Certification represents the performance of the building at the design stage of assessment, typically prior to the beginning of operations on site.
• Design and Procurement (D&P) Post Construction Assessment: A post-construction review of a previously unregistered development.
• Post Construction Review (PCR): A review of the design stage assessment at the post construction stage ensuring all BREEAM issues specified are implemented.
